💳 Subscription & Payments
Q: What benefits does the Premium membership offer?
A: Premium members can enjoy an ad-free experience, unlimited photo uploads,
exclusive travel map themes, and full access to all features without restrictions.
Q: How can I cancel my subscription?
A: Subscriptions are managed through the app stores.
On iOS, go to [Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions].
On Android, go to [Google Play Store > Menu > Payments & subscriptions].
You can cancel at any time.
📍 Service Usage & Maps
Q: The map does not appear on the screen.
A: Please check your network connection.
If the issue persists, try clearing the app cache in settings or fully close and reopen the app.
Q: My travel records are missing.
A: Please make sure you are logged in with the same account (email or Kakao)
that you originally used. If you are logged out or signed in with a different account,
your records may not be visible.
👤 Account
Q: How can I delete my account?
A: You can delete your account from [Settings > Account Management] within the app.
Please note that once your account is deleted, all travel records will be permanently removed
and cannot be recovered.
